GUANGZHOU, China - CHINACOAT 2016 is scheduled to take place November 30 to December 2, 2016, at the China Import and Export Fair Complex (Canton Fair Complex), in Guangzhou, China.

CHINACOAT is a comprehensive showcase of the entire supply chain of coatings products and technologies.  The show features exhibit zones that cover raw materials (resins, binders, additives, solvents, pigments, etc.), production technology, printing inks and adhesives, testing equipment, and environmental protection and recycling technologies. The show also features independent zones for powder coatings and UV/EB technology and products.

The 2015 show broke several significant records. Its gross exhibit area was 25 percent larger than the 2014 show. The total number of visitors also grew 9.4 percent, while the total number of exhibitors increased 3 percent over 2014.

CHINACOAT is a cost-effective way to reach China and the Asia-Pacific region. Asia-Pacific is expected to witness swift market growth due to increased levels of income and education, increasing urbanization and infrastructural development, a rise in manufacturing activities, and the low per-capita consumption of coatings in the region. The demand for coatings is expected to grow 8 percent per year in China, 11 percent in India and 4-5 percent in Indonesia. Other growing markets include Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines and Malaysia. 

As in the past, SFCHINA 2016 (the 29^th China International Exhibition for Surface Finishing and Coatings Products) will be held concurrently with CHINACOAT 2016.
