PARIS - Vencorex’s Freeport site in the United States completed its new waterborne production expansion. The plant is now manufacturing the Easaqua™ range in North America.

In operation since 1989 in Brazosport, TX, the Freeport site relies on expert teams dedicated to the production of its Tolonate™ range. With this new production chain, the Freeport site can now offer to its customers the complete range of derivatives owned by Vencorex.

This expansion is following the recent strategy announced by Vencorex to strengthen its worldwide position in the aliphatic isocyanates business (HDI, IPDI, Tolonate™ and Easaqua™ grades and new products). The Freeport site is key in the global footprint expansion currently underway. Vencorex foresees this investment adding strategic importance with increased reliability in the zone, with the potential to further support the growth in the Americas where it is committed to in the coming years.
