GLEN MILLS, PA – Axalta Coating Systems announced that TenPoint Complete has concluded an electronic interface with ProfitNet™ Collision Shop Management System (CSMS) for Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) services.
ProfitNet is a software program designed to measure and manage all aspects of the collision repair business. The program provides collision shop owners with access to information that they may need to help make decisions regarding the productivity and profitability of their business.
The new ProfitNet CSMS interface, an electronic export feature, can save collision repair shops hours of manual data transfer that is often done via fax or e-mail. With it, key information needed for CSI services that adheres to the Collision Industry Electronic Commerce Association (CIECA) standards can be transferred seamlessly.
