CAMARILLO, CA - National Coatings Corp. has promoted its current Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Shawn Collins, to President, and the company's current President, Matt Kolb, to CEO.

Collins has been with National Coatings for over 16 years, serving as CFO. While in this position, Collins was responsible for directing finance, operations and IT. He brings experience in fiscal management and strategic business processes to his new position.
