BROADVIEW, IL - B.L. Downey Co. LLC announced its recent certification as an epoxy coating supplier in the state of Texas (Texas DOT Approval). Texas state officials audited the company, and it is now a certified epoxy coating applicator for reinforcing steel (Qualification Procedure for Reinforcing Steel Epoxy Coating Applicators) by the Texas Department of Transportation Construction Division, Materials & Pavements Section.
