MARENGO, IL - Jim Gistis passed away September 15, 2015, after an eight-year battle with ALS. Gistis worked at Engineered Polymer Solutions (EPS) for 10 years and made many friends in the paint and coatings industry. Prior to EPS, he worked at Neo-Resin and its predecessor companies in suburban Boston and then Chicago. Gistis was a native of Boston and a lifelong Boston sports fan. However, his top priority was his family. He is survived by his wife Karin and his three children, Andreas, Alex and Lisa.
