OBERHAUSEN, Germany – Oxea has named Specialty Chemical Sales Inc. (SCS) as the national distribution partner for its next-generation coalescing agent Oxfilm 351 in the United States. The Cleveland-based SCS will represent the product throughout the United States to the coatings market. Virtually odorless and with practically no VOCs, Oxfilm 351 has been shown to be a very efficient coalescing agent for a broad range of latex and coating types. It is available in commercial quantities in the United States.
