LYNGBY, Denmark - Hempel A/S announced that Henrik Andersen, Group COO of facility services company ISS A/S, will succeed CEO Pierre-Yves Jullien as of March 1, 2016.

Andersen has been with ISS A/S since 2000. Since 2011, Andersen has been a member of the company’s Executive Board, first as Group CFO and from 2013 as Group COO, EMEA. Recently, Andersen was appointed to his current position as global Group COO. Prior to returning to Copenhagen in 2011, he spent seven years in the UK, starting as CFO, and from 2008 to 2011 he was CEO for ISS UK and its 43,000 employees.

ISS A/S is one of the world´s largest facility services providers with more than 500,000 employees, operations in 77 countries and revenue of DKK 74 billion in 2014. It has operations and customers in Europe, Asia and the Americas.
