NEW CASTLE DE – Industrial Physics ROW Holdings Inc. has acquired UK-based Ray-Ran Test Equipment Ltd. Ray-Ran is a global manufacturer of materials testing equipment for the polymer industry. Industrial Physics is the parent company of: Testing Machines Inc., based in the United States; CMC Kuhnke, based in Germany; Messmer Buchel, based in the Netherlands; and FIBRO System AB, based in Sweden.

Under its new ownership, Andrew Lineker will assume the position of Managing Director. “Ray-Ran is an outstanding organization with an excellent reputation in the marketplace,” said Lineker, who succeeds Neil Rayson-Randle as the Managing Director.  “We are proud of the hard work and dedication of our employees, which have allowed our company to grow. We are certain the synergies between both companies will accelerate our future growth plans.”

Headquartered in Warwickshire, UK, Ray-Ran designs, manufactures and services instruments for the polymer industry that measure materials’ properties.
