ST. LOUIS, MO - Western Specialty Contractors, formerly named Western Waterproofing Co., has promoted Ben Grandbois of Roanoke, TX, to Branch Manager of its Dallas office.

Grandbois has 15 years of construction experience, having worked for Western since 2010 in sales and as a Project Manager at the Minneapolis and Dallas branch offices. Prior to working for Western, Grandbois was a Field Engineer at Western Summit Constructors in Denver, a masonry laborer/operator at Haugen Masonry in Moorhead, MN, and a laborer for Classic Concrete in Detroit Lakes, MN.

Grandbois is a member of the ICRI North Texas Chapter and served on the ICRI Minnesota Chapter Board of Directors for two years. He is also involved in Habitat for Humanity.

Western Specialty Contractors provides commercial specialty services including building cleaning, concrete restoration, EIFS restoration/recoating, epoxy and chemical grout injection, expansion joint systems, exterior wall coatings, masonry restoration, parking deck restoration, plaza deck restoration, sealant repairs and waterproofing.
