ST. LOUIS, MO – ELANTAS PDG Inc. (EPDG), a global specialty chemical manufacturer and a member of the ALTANA Group, has been chosen as one of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch’s Top Workplaces in the midsize company category for the third year in a row. The ranking is based solely on an employee survey with a series of questions about EPDG, including its leadership, career opportunities, training, compensation and benefits.

Community involvement is also a major part of the Top Workplaces survey. EPDG runs a campaign of donations for a different local charity every month. Each charity chosen must also have employee involvement to be included in the rotation of charities that EPDG supports, which was highlighted in the survey.
