Dowd & Guild has been a leading marketer and distributor of specialty products to the CASE industries in this region for over 29 years. The agreement will provide Stepan’s customers with access to liquid polyester polyol products, local technical services, an efficient warehousing network and strong sales support. Dowd & Guild is headquartered in San Ramon, CA with a sales office in Cerritos, CA.

Headquartered in Northfield, IL, Stepan manufactures basic and intermediate chemicals, including surfactants, specialty products, germicidal and fabric softening quaternaries, phthalic anhydride, polyurethane polyols and special ingredients for the food, supplement, and pharmaceutical markets.
