INDIANOLA, IA - Cemen Tech, Indianola, IA, has hired a new President and CEO and a new Director of Sales and Marketing. Connor Deering has been named President and CEO, and Mark Rinehart has been named the Director of Sales and Marketing. Both have extensive experience in the construction and manufacturing industries.

Deering was most recently Vice-President of Sales and Marketing of Apache Inc., Cedar Rapids, IA, a belt and hose manufacturing firm. Prior to Apache, Deering held the role of Vice President/General Manager – Gas Products and Services Divisions for Mueller Co., a division of Mueller Water Products, a manufacturer of water and natural gas distribution products.

Rinehart has an extensive background in sales and technology in the construction industry. He was most recently the Director of Technology for Ziegler Caterpillar.
