URBANA, OH – Parker Trutec Inc. announced that its Urbana, OH, facility recently added a chemical paint removal line to enhance its wide selection of industrial coating services. This new addition compliments the existing multiple coating services offered and will allow future new market opportunities.
The paint removal line is a hand-staged basket processing line that will allow Parker Trutec - Urbana to achieve tight industry standards for CR, HR and AL substrates as well as part size flexibility. This new line features 1,000-pound-rated hoists and processing tank parameters of 44” x 30” x 24”. The process line has the capabilities of an acid station (if needed) along with the option for parts to be dipped in rust-preventative oil depending on customer requirements. Additionally, Parker Trutec offers e-coating as a final option to provide customers a fully completed part upon return to their facility.
Parker Trutec - Urbana is a full service surface coating operation catering to a variety of customer specifications and requirements for zinc, manganese and iron phosphate, Bonderlube, solid lubricant/Defric coatings and electrocoating.
