This 150-gallon Multi-Shaft Mixer is designed for full vacuum operation up to 29.5” Hg. It is rated for 3 psi internal pressure for inert gas blanketing and for accelerating product discharge through an automated 3” flush tank ball valve. Hinged Teflon scrapers mounted to the anchor agitator are contoured to match the vessel sidewall and dished-shape bottom. A custom mixer cover includes sight/charge ports, tri-clamp connections for liquid and powder raw materials, a hinged manway, tank light, thermoprobe, rotary spray balls, and rupture disc.
