SHANGHAI – BASF’s Coatings Division has entered into a manufacturing agreement with Guangdong Yinfan Chemistry Co. Ltd. (Yinfan) in which Yinfan will manufacture automotive refinish coatings for BASF. Yinfan will use BASF formulas and technologies to manufacture the coatings, which will target the non-premium segment, at its new production plant in Jiangmen City, China.
