The new firm is led by owner and managing partner Michael Muczyk, who has worked in specialty coatings for more than 20 years. Prior to launching Connor | Caitlin Talent Solutions, Muczyk served as Director and OD&D Consultant for Alliance Data Systems, where he handled the implementation of systems and analytical tools for forecasting, business intelligence and negotiations.
