AVON, OH - To keep up with company growth attributed to its recent partnership with private-equity firm CI Capital Partners, Maroon Group, a specialty chemical supplier of additives, resins, pigments and packaging, has expanded its workforce by hiring three new employees.

The company has appointed Linda Cenin Principal Support Coordinator. Cenin, who has experience in international sales and distribution, will maintain Maroon’s current principal relationships, as well as cultivate relationships with new suppliers to generate future streams of revenue.

Anne Madigan has joined Maroon Group as an Inside Sales Specialist. With over 14 years of experience in sales, customer service and business management, Madigan will spearhead Maroon’s efforts in generating new customers and in further developing brand awareness of the company.

To enhance the company’s communications team, Maroon welcomed Ami Casper as a Communications Specialist. Casper’s career in marketing, sales, event planning and business writing will help position the company for greater success in the specialty chemicals industry.
