CLEVELAND - The National Coil Coating Association (NCCA) will hold its 2015 Annual Meeting on April 19-22 at the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in Tucson, AZ. The meeting features two keynote speakers, Clyde Fessler, a former top executive with Harley Davidson, and Ron Felber, one of the NCCA’s most highly ranked presenters.
Fessler will tell the story of how Harley-Davidson emerged from near bankruptcy to become one of the top-performing corporations on the New York Stock Exchange. Harley-Davidson is now one of the most recognized brands in the world. Fessler, who retired from Harley-Davidson in 2002 as V.P. of Business Development, was the man behind this revolutionary strategy. In his presentation, he will identify Harley-Davidson’s strategic changes in product, programs, policies, procedures and in people’s attitudes.
Felber, a nationally recognized business author, speaker and consultant, will deliver his presentation, titled “Houdini's Secrets: Escaping the Corporate ‘Box.’" The presentation will outline new and innovative ways for solving business challenges.
In addition to the keynote speakers, a special presentation on conflict minerals will be given by Eric Gotting of the Keller and Heckman law firm. This will be the first of a series of in-depth educational seminars sponsored by NCCA. Other presentations include: “Trends/Forecasts in the Steel Industry," “A Voice of the Customer,” “Use of Agricultural Steel Panels for Residential Roofing” and “NCCA Statistics & Trends.”
