MEDINA, OH – RPM International Inc. has hired Carol Baskey as Manager of Financial Reporting and promoted Natalie Micale to Operational Planning Analyst.

As Manager of Financial Reporting, Baskey will be responsible for supporting internal and external financial reporting, various financial analysis projects, and cash flow statement preparation and analysis. Prior to joining RPM, Baskey served as Vice President of Corporate Accounting at FirstMerit Corp. Previously, she worked in various auditing and financial reporting roles at FirstEnergy Corp.

As Operational Planning Analyst, Micale will provide support for corporate planning, strategy, reporting and capital project analysis. She has been with RPM for two years in internal audit.
