CARDIFF BY THE SEA, CA – Specialty chemical distributor Tri-iso Inc., Cardiff by the Sea, CA, and chemical marketing specialist The TryLine Group, Bellvue, WA, have merged to create a new company, Tri-iso TryLine LLC. The company will be headquartered in Cardiff, CA, with many operations continuing to operate out of Bellvue, WA. The change is not expected to impact day-to-day operations for existing customers.

“We made the decision to join forces to build a more robust destination for our clients' needs, and we’re thrilled to be able to offer a more comprehensive product offering,” said David Bruck, CEO and Chairman. “With our respective expertise in marketing and distributing materials for customers and suppliers, the newly created Tri-iso TryLine company will be highly capable of delivering and exceeding our clients’ expectations with high-quality products from around the world.”

Executives of Tri-iso TryLine will include Bruck and Jason Scott as COO and President, respectively.

Bruck, who founded The TryLine Group in 1988, has more than 35 years of experience in the chemical distribution industry, including having served as past president of the Western Region of the National Association of Chemical Distributors (NACD) and as a member of the Board of Directors of NACD.

With more than 16 years of experience at Tri-iso Inc., Scott began his career with the company in 1998, and has played key roles in leading day-to-day operations, sales, and managing supplier relations. Scott purchased the company in 2008. He currently serves on the Membership and Retention Committee of the NACD. 

Tri-iso TryLine will continue to offer a full range of chemical raw materials for all industrial applications, including chemicals, coatings, adhesives, lubricants and sealants.
