EL RENO, OK - Gemini Coatings Inc., a division of Oklahoma-based Gemini Industries Inc., has acquired the assets of Gulf Synthetics, Cumming, GA. The transaction includes the technology and brand names of the following Gulf Synthetics brands:  Deck Revive, Concrete Revive, Dock Revive, Perma Fill, and Perma Bond.

“Gemini is pleased to announce the acquisition of Gulf Synthetics as an addition to our exterior wood coatings portfolio. This acquisition complements our exterior line of products sold through the paint store distribution channel,” said Rob Dolman, Vice-President of Trade Sales for Gemini.

Gemini has locations in El Reno, OK; Dallas, TX; Harrisonburg, VA; and Sparks, NV. The company offers its products through corporate paint store chains, paint sundry distributors, buying groups and independent dealers.
