Smriti is currently working as a Technical Specialist with BYK USA since 2018. She has her Masters in Polymer Chemistry and started her career as a Research Chemist in resin synthesis. Later she moved on to the formulation side and had the opportunity to formulate different types of coatings. In her last assignment before BYK, she was part of a Formulation Framework Team at PPG. At BYK, she is actively involved with North American customers in the GI, coil and powder segments and also works with technical service lab at Wallingford location in CT.
