Jim has been with BYK-Gardner USA, a division of Altana, for over 25 years. He is the business line manager for Industrial paint and coatings applications in the U.S. and Canada. Jim is an experienced sales leader supporting organizations with their color and appearance needs. He delivers solutions that enable his customers to bring quality products to market. Jim manages clients while also coaching and developing the skills of other sales people within the organization.
