Isabella Weinland is a Synthesis Chemist at Neville Chemical Company, leading the Coatings platform in developing new resin technologies for protective and marine, alkyd-based, and concrete cure coatings. Her current focus at Neville is producing a new line of bio-hybrid resins for epoxy systems. Prior to joining Neville, Isabella worked as a research scientist in polymer formulation, product development, and defense technologies. She has dual bachelor degrees in Chemistry and Applied Mathematics from Geneva College.
