Ed Ford earned his undergraduate degree in Engineering from the University of Delaware in 1996. He has over 42 years of experience in the plastics industry with 20 years on the manufacturing side, then 22+ years on the sales side of equipment for the twin-screw extruders, mixers, and material handling systems used in the powder coating and other industries. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Society of Plastics Engineers, Color and Appearance Division, where he has shared the position of Technical Program Chairman for 2017’s ANTEC and RETEC, on the RETEC Sponsorship Committee, and the Education Committee.
