Dan Weinmann earned his B. S. in Chemistry from the University of Oklahoma and his Ph.D. from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks. Since joining the epoxy resins business, Dr. Weinmann has worked in a variety of technical and market development roles with focus on support to the coatings, construction, and adhesives industry. Dan’s current role is the Americas market development and technical services manager for Westlake Epoxy. Dan Weinmann is the coauthor of two U.S. patents. He has published numerous technical articles and has presented papers on high solids, solvent-free and waterborne epoxy technology to industry groups around the world.
