Cody graduated from Hope College with a Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering. After graduation he began working in the R&D group at CHT-USA, where he learned and became proficient in silicone chemistry and emulsification technologies. Using his strong technical background, Cody took on a new role as the Business Development and Technical Support Manager for CHT's construction business in 2022. Cody is an avid outdoorsman and looks for every opportunity to take his wife and 3 children out into Michigan’s woods and waters.
