 The ELITE BA410E microscope offers brightfield, phase contrast, polarized light and fluorescence, and was engineered to be robust, economical and easy to operate. It uses improved, multi-coated EC-H Plan APO lenses to enhance image contrast and resolution, with a six-place nosepiece offering capacity for multiple imaging modalities. The optional 0/100% phototube directs all the imaging light either to the viewer or the camera, critical for optimum documentation for fluorescence and other low-light applications.
