New Member of AkzoNobel’s Board of Management

AMSTERDAM, The Netherlands – In an Extraordinary General Meeting of Akzo Nobel N.V. held in Amsterdam, the company appointed new CFO Maëlys Castella as a member of its Board of Management.
As Chief Financial Officer, Maëlys is already a member of the company's Executive Committee. She succeeded Keith Nichols who left the company in June.
