RPM Acquires Krud Kutter Cleaners and Removers

MEDINA, OH - RPM International Inc.’s Rust-Oleum Group has acquired Krud Kutter Inc., a producer of cleaners and removers for residential, commercial and industrial environments. Based in Cumming, GA, Krud Kutter has approximately $13 million in annual sales.

Krud Kutter specializes in water-based, biodegradable, non-toxic and VOC-compliant cleaners and removers. The brand is sold across the country in home centers, hardware and paint stores, mass merchants, and industrial supply outlets.
