NCCA Annual Meeting Heads to Napa

NAPA, CA – The National Coil Coating Association’s (NCCA) annual meeting, “Connecting With Customers and Sustainability,” will take place April 7-9, 2014, at the Silverado Resort in Napa, CA. Janet Lapp, a psychologist, author and consultant for workplace transformation, will deliver the keynote address. She will discuss research into how to create loyal and emotionally connected customers.
