Allnex Finalizes Acquisition of Desmolux Product Range

BRUSSELS, Belgium – Allnex has completed its acquisition of Bayer MaterialScience’s Desmolux^® product range. With the acquisition, Allnex gains urethane acrylate, dual-cure resin and polyester/polyether acrylate technologies that complement the company's UV/EB radiation-curing products portfolio.

Allnex and Bayer MaterialScience signed the initial agreement for the sale in July 2013. Allnex is a supplier of resins for architectural, industrial, OEM and special-purpose coatings.
