Datapaq: The new MicroMag magnetic thermocouples are designed to give accurate product temperature readings from tight recesses. According to the company, the probes' 0.7" (17 mm) diameter, state-of-the-art magnet, aluminum knob and low thermal mass allow them to be quickly and securely attached to ferrous substrates, making them faster to attach and more secure than an exposed junction probe.
