ICL Performance Products Acquires Halox

ST. LOUIS – ICL Performance Products, a specialty phosphate producer, has acquired Halox, a division of Hammond Group Inc. The Hammond, Indiana-based company produces specialty phosphate-based corrosion-inhibitor products for the coatings industry sold under the Halox® brand name.
