Sherwin-Williams Acquires Becker Acroma

CLEVELAND – The Sherwin-Williams Co., Cleveland, OH, has closed a definitive agreement to acquire industrial wood coatings business Becker Industrial Products AB, a subsidiary of AB Wilh. Becker. Becker Acroma will be part of the company’s Global Finishes group.
