Evonik to Divest Carbon Blacks Business

ESSEN, Germany – Evonik Industries has decided to divest its carbon blacks business. Evonik manufactures and markets carbon blacks for the rubber and tire industries, and pigment blacks for applications including coatings, plastics, printing inks and toners.
