Protex International Acquires Mace Adhesives & Coatings

DUDLEY, MA – Protex International, a specialty chemical manufacturing company headquartered in Paris, France, has acquired Mace Adhesives & Coatings Corp., Dudley MA. The new entity will be named Mace Polymers and Additives Inc. It will operate and expand the facilities at the current location in Dudley, MA.
