Sherwin-Williams to Acquire Altax in Poland

CLEVELAND – The Sherwin-Williams Co. has closed a definitive agreement to acquire Altax Sp. zo.o., Poznan, Poland. Altax is an innovator of protective wood-care coatings and serves the industrial, professional and DIY channels. Altax will join Sherwin-Williams’ Ronseal coatings business unit based in the UK.
