Malvern Instruments and Aimil, Malvern’s long-term distribution partner in India, have formed a joint venture, Malvern Aimil Instruments Pvt Ltd.
MALVERN, UK – Malvern Instruments and Aimil, Malvern’s long-term distribution partner in India, have formed a joint venture, Malvern Aimil Instruments Pvt Ltd. The new company became operational on May 1, 2008. The joint venture will be headquartered in Mumbai, but staff will operate from eight offices across India, including two particle-size centers of excellence in Bangalore and Baroda.
