Roger G. Addison, Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Tronox Inc., Oklahoma City, has retired. Michael J. Foster, Managing Counsel, will serve as Interim General Counsel and will lead the company’s law department until a final decision is made on Addison’s replacement.
