Rohm and Haas Co. and OMNOVA Solutions announced plans for a strategic alliance.

Rohm and Haas Co., Philadelphia, and OMNOVA Solutions, Fairlawn, OH, announced plans for a strategic alliance to supply products to the paper and paperboard industries. The companies said they will combine resources to supply a portfolio of complementary surface-treatment products including styrene butadiene emulsions, hollow-sphere pigments and styrene acrylic emulsions.
