Hoover Materials Handling Group Inc.

Hoover Materials Handling Group Inc., Alpharetta, GA, has entered into an agreement with National Container Group (NCG) under which NCG has purchased and will operate the container-refurbishing portion of Hoover's plant in Charlotte, NC. Hoover retains the container-manufacturing and warehouse portion of the plant, and will continue to supply containers, delivery and collection services in an alliance with NCG.
