Degussa-Hüls announced the expansion of production capacity for surface-treated grades of the company’s Acematt® matting agents.
Degussa-Hüls Corp., Ridgefield Park, NJ, announced the expansion of production capacity for surface-treated grades of the company’s Acematt® matting agents, with the additional capacity scheduled to come onstream by the end of the year in Bonn-Beuel, Germany. The surface-treated grades are described as dispersible, all-purpose products. The company also said it is manufacturing two grades of matting agents at Chester, PA, for use in coil coatings and wood and industrial paints.
