The Tikkurila Group said it is involved in negotiations to increase its ownership stake in a joint-venture coatings-manufacturing operation in Szczecin, Poland.
The Tikkurila Group, Vantaa, Finland, said it is involved in negotiations to increase its ownership stake in a joint-venture coatings-manufacturing operation in Szczecin, Poland. The company said it is seeking to obtain 100% ownership of the venture company, Tikkurila Baltcolor Sp. z.o.o., which began operation a year ago. Tikkurila¿s coatings business currently owns 60% of the venture company, with the Polish company Baltchem owning 40%.
