INDIANAPOLIS - Specialty Coating Systems, Inc. (SCS), a former business unit of Cookson Group plc headquartered in Indianapolis, has been acquired by Bunker Hill Capital, L.P. (BHC). BHC is a private equity firm with offices in Boston and San Diego, Calif.
