Albemarle, Cytec Industries and GE Specialty Chemicals announced plans to form a business-to-business Internet joint venture, PolymerAdditives.com.
Albemarle Corp., Cytec Industries Inc. and GE Specialty Chemicals Inc., a subsidiary of General Electric Co., announced plans to form a business-to-business Internet joint venture, PolymerAdditives.com. The joint venture will operate an e-commerce site, www.polymeradditives.com, offering order-fulfillment and warehousing capabilities. The site, expected to begin operation this fall, also will allow customers to access product and formulation information.
