MILWAUKEE — CERAC Inc., an inorganic-chemicals supplier based in Milwaukee, has been acquired in a management buyout led by company CEO Dan Verzal and Vice President of Sales & Marketing Bart Ott. The Facilitator Capital Fund, a private equity fund, is the financing partner in the deal. The company is a supplier of metals, alloys, rare-earth compounds, evaporation materials, ceramic compounds and other materials.
