This company has made available the vacuum ultraviolet VUVaS 3000 spectrophotometer. Repeatable, high-performance reflectance, and transmittance and absorption data is acquired under vacuum or purged conditions. The optimized system uses a single detector, reflective chopper and collimated measurement beam.
