RICHFIELD, OH — After lengthy delays, BF Goodrich Co. completed its merger with Coltec Industries Inc., following the settlement of legal challenges mounted by Crane Co. and AlliedSignal Inc. Goodrich’s Specialty Chemicals business is a supplier of additives, resins, emulsions and chemical specialties for coatings.
